Join us for an evening of several fall inspired food courses, each paired with a carefully selected beer.
Weather permitting, this dinner will take place on our lake front patio. Dinner starts at 7 pm, but join us at 6:30 pm for drinks around the fire pit.
Menu:
Course 1: Baked apples with fennel and goat cheese
Course 2: Kale and brussel sprout salad with pork belly lardons
Course 3: Curried sweet potato-apple soup
Course 4: Spicy roasted tomato lamb ragu over spaghetti squash
Course 5: Pan-seared skin-on Halibut with persimmon compote, gingered pears and parsnip.
Course 6: Roasted local grass-fed beef tenderloin from Country Natural with balsamic-glazed squash and smokey roasted wild mushrooms.
Course 7: Port poached pears filled with pear and blue cheese ice cream.
