Private Events/Large Parties

TUALATIN

In order to reserve tables for a large group in our Tualatin taproom, a refundable deposit and food/beverage minimum is required. You must have at least 25 in your party. The minimum is $25/person (age 15+) with a 25% refundable deposit. Once the minimum is met, the deposit is applied to the bill.

 

Example: A party of 50 guests would have a $1,250 minimum and a $312 refundable deposit would be required to hold the date/space. Once the $1,250 minimum is met, the deposit is applied to the tab. 

Separate checks are allowed, but the check that will have the deposit applied, must be at least the deposit amount.

 

  • Minimum # of guests to book a reservation: 25
  • Our Tualatin Beer Hall can accomodate parties of 200 guests or 260 if using both taproom + axe throwing area. Please inquire about larger groups/events wanting to use taproom + brewery space. 
  • Auto Gratuity: 20% for parties 
  • Inquire for buyout pricing

 

 

We are not accepting Friday or Saturday evening party reservations in Tualatin unless you’re interested in a buyout of our entire facility or you book axe throwing lanes through Celtic Axe Throwers. Please inquire for buyout pricing.

 

 

 

Celtic Axe Throwing!

Booking an event with Stickmen (Tualatin location) and want to include axe throwing? Check out Celtic Axe Throwers website for info and booking. Celticaxethrowers.com/stickmen

Celtic Axe Throwing also does their own private events, so check out the website even if you don’t have an official event planned with Stickmen. We’ll still be there for all your food and beer needs!

The minimum is $25/person (age 15+) with a 25% refundable deposit. Once the minimum is met, the deposit is applied to the bill.

 

Example: A party of 50 guests would have a $1,250 minimum and a $312 refundable deposit would be required to hold the date/space. Once the $1,250 minimum is met, the deposit is applied to the tab.

  • Our Happy Valley Taproom can accomodate parties up to 200 guests or 250 guests when using the taproom + patio. 
  • Parties of 70+ require buyout of taproom
  • Auto Gratuity: 20% for parties 
  • Inquire for buyout pricing

McMinnville

In order to reserve tables for a large group in our McMinnville taproom, a refundable deposit and food/beverage minimum is required. You must have at least 25 guests in your party. The minimum is $25/person with a 25% refundable deposit. Once the minimum is met, the deposit is applied to the bill.

 

Example: A party of 50 guests would have a $1,250 minimum and a $312 refundable deposit would be required to hold the date/space. Once the $1,250 minimum is met, the deposit is applied to the tab.

  • Our McMinnville Taproom can accomodate parties up to 80 guests or 100 guests when using the taproom + patio. 
  • Parties of 50+ require buyout of taproom
